Kyle Devan, VHS Class of 2003 Kyle Devan, 2003 California State Champion, currently is on the active roster for the Philadelphia Eagles. Prior to the NFL, Devan played 5 years at Oregon State University where he was an All PAC 10, Honorable Mention, at Center. Kyle is currently starting at Right Guard for the Eagles.
