The Vacaville Wrestling Program consists of 3 levels. Each one of these levels is a part of the program and is vital to our overall success.

The Vacaville Wrestling Club provides youth wrestlers an early introduction to the sport of wrestling.  "The Club" offers wrestling instruction for youths up to the 6th grade.                                                              Onc

Once in 7th grade, the wrestler then has the opportunity to compete for Willis Jepson Middle School.  Jepson Wrestling gives the young wrestlers their first chance to compete on a competive school team.  Wrestlers will compete for Jepson during their 7th and 8th grade years, learning the basic skills they need for the high school level.  You can learn more about Jepson Wrestling at www.jepsonwrestling.org

This early introduction to the sport, combined with excellent coaching at the high school level has produced great success for Vacaville High School.  The high school team fields a schedule for three levels- Frosh/Soph, a second level Varsity, and the true first-man varsity.  The High School program is a year round wrestling program - although many of our athletes play other sports for the high school.  Because of this committment to developing kids from a young age, and the work ethic of the high school wrestlers and coaches, the Vaca High Wrestling team may be considered the most successful team in all of Solano County.  The team has amassed over 40 league championships, a record 13 Sac Joaquin Masters titles, and the city's only California State Championship.
